Ticket Purchase Process:
- On purchase of this product, you will receive an Order Confirmation Notification email to your registered email ID.
- Within 2-working day of your order confirmation, customer support member from United Points (UP) will contact the customer via email to get the customer's preferred date of visiting the attraction.
- UP will then check for availability of the ticket with the supplier on the preferred date. If available, UP will procure the final ticket for the preferred date from the supplier and send this ticket for the attraction to the customer within another 2-working days.
- In case the tickets are not available for the date suggested by the customer, UP will get back to the customer to check for an alternative date for when the customer would like to purchase the ticket.
- Customer has to complete the entire ticket purchase process within 1-month of redemption of this product from the platform.

- Product once redeemed is not refundable and is valid for 1-person.
- Customer has to complete the final ticket purchase process as mentioned in the Product description within 1-month of redeeming this product.
- The tickets once confirmed are non-refundable and extension of validity is not permitted.
- The validity of the actual tickets will be as per the brand policy.
