• Top-Up Feature: To provide greater convenience and flexibility to guests, Sentosa has introduced a top-up feature for all Fun Passes. Guests will be able to top-up tokens on their Fun Passes at all Sentosa Ticketing Counters, in blocks of 5 tokens at $5. (min. 5 tokens top-up).
• Guests no longer have to fret over where to use their remaining tokens!

Ticket Purchase Process:

• On purchase of this product, you will receive an Order Confirmation Notification email to your registered email ID.
• Within 2-working day of your order confirmation, customer support member from United Points (UP) will contact the customer via email to get the customer's preferred date of visiting the attraction.
• UP will then check for availability of the ticket with the supplier on the preferred date. If available, UP will procure the final ticket for the preferred date from the supplier and send this ticket for the attraction to the customer within another 2-working days. 
• In case the tickets are not available for the date suggested by the customer, UP will get back to the customer to check for an alternative date for when the customer would like to purchase the ticket.
• Customer has to complete the entire ticket purchase process within 1-month of redemption of this product from the platform.
