Purchase Process:
After purchase of the voucher, you will receive an order confirmation email notifying you on the successful completion of the order. Additionally, you will receive another email within 3-working days after your order confirmation date, this email will contain the URL link which gives you access to your vouchers.
Redemption Process:
For redemption, click on the URL link to open your vouchers on your mobile device and show the voucher to the cashier at Watsons store at the time of checkout. The cashier will help you redeem the voucher by scanning the barcode on the voucher.
Post usage, users have the option to click on the "Mark as Used" button on top of the voucher to help them identify that this particular voucher has been redeemed by them.
- Voucher can be redeemed only at the Watsons Stores in Malaysia
- Voucher can be redeemed only once.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
- Vouchers once expired cannot be extended.
- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-replaceable in case of loss, theft or damage.
