- Book an appointment via info@zestykickz.com - In the email, quote that you would be using the evoucher purchased on Tribe portal.
Evoucher Purchase Terms & Conditions:
- Voucher can only be used once and in full, any balance amount will not be refunded.
- Vouchers once expired, cannot be extended.
- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash and non-replaceable in case it is lost, stolen or damaged.
- There is no minimum spend required for usage of this voucher.
- Merchant reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice, to be applicable on an immediate basis.
Merchant Terms & Conditions:
- Booking and Cancellation: Clients must book sessions in advance (minimum of 72 hours) and provide a minimum 24 hours notice period for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so would result in the session being deemed as conducted.
- Session Duration: Each training session is 60 minutes.
- Payment: Payment for personal training sessions is due in advance or on the day of the session.
- Package Expiry: Any purchased session packages have an expiration date, and unused sessions may not be carried over beyond this date.
- Health and Medical Conditions: Clients are required to disclose any relevant health issues or medical conditions before starting training. The gym reserves the right to refuse or modify sessions based on this information.
- Liability Waiver: Before undertaking a session, clients are to sign a liability waiver acknowledging that they understand the risks associated with physical activity and won't hold the gym or trainer responsible for any injuries.
- Trainer Allocation: While the gym aims to accommodate requests, specific trainers cannot always be guaranteed unless with advance notice.
- Late Arrival: Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for sessions. If a client is late, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
- Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards trainers and fellow gym-goers. Any disruptive behavior may result in the termination of sessions without a refund.
- Refunds and Transfers: Refunds for purchased sessions are generally not provided, but we might allow clients to transfer remaining sessions to another individual subject to specific conditions. For this the client should directly reach out to Zesty Kickz and not Tribe / Ltria.
