UP Purchases:
- All standard local deliveries will be made within 5 – 8 working days from purchase date.
- Bulky items such as Massage Chairs/Sofas, local deliveries will be made within 8 – 12 working days but subjects to delivery slots availability.
- Gaming Chairs are based on first come first served basis, delivery team will contact 1 – 2 days prior to delivery on the delivery arrangement. (Some design may be on Pre-Order, and will be stated accordingly).
- All prices stated are nett applicable.
- All purchases are subject to “UP Partners” terms and conditions.
- UP Return/Exchange/Refund & cancellation policies apply.

UP Rewards Redemptions:
- All redemptions must be collected within 1 month from date of issuance.
