Please refer to the following terms and conditions concerning the delivery, returns, and refund policy applicable to merchants on this platform.
Definitions
L’Tria, known thereafter as “LT”, the owner and operator of this website and offer rewards redemption services (Services) including but not limited to 2024 Cadence Dollars.
“Member” shall refer to any employee who registers as such with LT either directly at its main website or via one of its Service websites.
“Partner” refers to Certis Cisco Auxiliary Police Force Pte Ltd and its Affiliates. For the purpose of this paragraph, “Affiliates” shall refer only to Certis CISCO Security Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries.
“Merchant” Merchants are defined as the supplier who accepts the points / vouchers that are issued to the Member via this Platform.

Delivery of Digital eVoucher codes
Digital eVoucher merchants include:

Upon successful redemption, Members will receive a confirmation email from L’Tria (Tribe).

Member must ensure that the confirmation email contains a valid promo code.

Members are responsible for applying the promo code on the respective merchant platform (APP) to activate the voucher.
In the event of non-receipt or malfunctioning of the confirmation email or promo code, Members should contact hello@ltria.com with the subject “Caydence Rewards: Digital eVoucher not received.”

Upon successful redemption, Members will receive a confirmation email from L’Tria (Tribe) containing the attached eVoucher.

In case of non-receipt of the confirmation email, Members should contact hello@ltria.com with the subject “Caydence Rewards: eVoucher not received.”

Members are required to contact the respective merchant for appointment bookings, mentioning the Tribe eVoucher redemption (excluding DFI and Swensen’s).

Members must present the eVoucher upon the merchant’s request (excluding DFI and Swensen’s).

Merchants will facilitate eVoucher redemption. Members are to mark the voucher as “used” post-transaction completion.

Returns, Refunds, Exchange

By redeeming the item, Members acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth in the L’tria/Tribe Terms and Conditions.

Vouchers are single-use only and cannot be extended once expired.

Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-replaceable in case of loss, theft, or damage.

Voucher value must be utilized in full during redemption at the Merchant's location, unless explicitly stated otherwise. No change will be given for amounts less than the voucher value.

Members will receive a confirmation email post-redemption.

Products will be delivered within 5 to 15 working days unless otherwise specified. Any changes will be communicated separately.

Should the members’ address be outside of Singapore, it will take 10 to 20 working days for international deliveries

Products once sold cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged, except in specific circumstances with prior approval from L’tria and the product supplier.

Members will receive a confirmation email post-redemption.

Members should retain the redemption email as proof of warranty.

Products will be delivered within 2 to 10 working days from the confirmation date.

All products come with a 1-year warranty. For servicing requirements, Members should contact hello@ltria.com with the subject “Caydence Rewards: Product Servicing.”
