How to Redeem:
- Once you purchase / redeem the voucher on this platform, you will receive a order confirmation email followed by another email which will contain the URL link with the eVoucher in it.
- Book an appointment with the merchant at their outlet via email/phone.
- At the time of booking the appointment, state that you would like to redeem the voucher from the "TRIBE" platform.
- On the day of the appointment, show the eVoucher to the staff at the outlet by opening the URL link. The staff will then help you redeem the voucher by entering the PIN which is available with them for final redemption of the voucher.
- Please note, you are required to carry the digital form of the eVoucher, i.e. the eVoucher URL link on your mobile phone. Printed voucher copies or screeshots of the eVoucher will not be entertained.
Terms & Conditions:
- Voucher can only be used once and in full, any balance amount remaining will not be refunded.
- Vouchers once expired, cannot be extended.
- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash or other vouchers and non-replaceable in case it is lost, stolen or damaged.
- There is no minimum spend required for usage of this voucher.
- Merchant reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice and to be applicable on an immediate basis.
