- If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please notify the team in advance. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. A missed appointment is considered a "No Show", and in such cases, rescheduling of the missed appointment and redemption of the voucher will not be permitted.
