Delivery Information:

• All the deliveries of the products is handled by the merchants directly. MCTS or UP is not responsible for the product delivery unless the products are listed by them directly on this platform.
• Additional delivery charges are applicable as per the product's type and weight. The shipping charges are also charged to the employee using their WOW points.
• For domestic product deliveries, the standard shipping time is 7-10 working days and for International deliveries, the shipping time is 14-21 working days.
• During extreme global situations out of the control of the merchants, UP and MCTS, the delivery time may be longer in some cases. For e.g. during the Covid-19 pandemic situation across the globe.

 

Returns Policy

• Redeemed products cannot be returned unless the product delivered by the merchant is different from the actual product ordered or has been delivered in damaged condition.

 

The individual product T&C will override these policies for Delivery & Returns.
