• This e-Gift Card is redeemable ONLY at Lulu Hypermarket Malaysia
• This e-Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refund in part / full will be provided.
• Lulu Hypermarkets will not be responsible for lost card and no demand for replacement / compensation for the lost code will be entertained.
• Once the E-Gift Card is issued / used, request for cancellation will not be entertained.

• Should the purchase value exceed the value of the e-Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the e-Gift Card.
• E-Gift Cards are valid for one time redemption only. Any balance amount in the E-Gift Card after the card is redeemed will be forfeited.
• Maximum five(5) e-Gift Cards can be used for one purchase.
• No replacement / compensation is permissible/ payable for lost e-Gift Card.
• The holder of the card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• Lulu Hypermarkets reserves the right to alter any / all the terms and conditions of this e-Gift Card any time without prior notice. Any dispute shall be referred to LULU GROUP RETAIL SDN BHD (the Company) and the decision of the Company shall be final.
