Terms & Conditions:
- Appointment booking required for health screening, walk-ins are not allowed. We advise to call and book your appointment early to ensure redemption of your Evoucher before its expiry date. Indicate "Tribe" during appointment booking.
- Vouchers can only be used at the approved clinics given below.
- All health screening packages must be redeemed within the expiry period mentioned on the voucher.
- Vouchers are not refundable, cannot be replaced or extended if expired, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Voucher can be used only once for redemption at the clinic.
- Evoucher copy must be presented for redemption, voucher printout will not be entertained.
- Any optional add on test will be on cash payment at the clinic
