- The Gift Card is redeemable at Decathlon retail outlets in Malaysia.
- The Gift Card issued by Decathlon Malaysia facilitates the purchase of products of Decathlon only and does not permit cash withdrawal.
- The Gift Card cannot be used for payment or settlement for third party goods or services.
- The validity period of a Gift Card shall be valid for 12 Months from activation.
- The Gift Card shall be permitted to be used multiple times as long as there is balance available and Gift Card has not expired.
- If the invoice value is above the Gift Card value, then the balance amount shall be paid through debit/credit card/net banking or a permissible mode of payment.
- The Gift Card is a non-refundable instrument and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- For offline Store purchases, the Customer shall approach the cashier directly and provide the 16-digit Card No. and 6-digit pin of the Gift Card to the cashier.
