Baked Mooncakes - White Lotus Seed Paste 4 pcs

This Mid-Autumn Festival, honour cherished traditions and celebrate the season of reunion with the exquisite mooncake collection from award-winning Man Fu Yuan at InterContinental Singapore. 

Each box contains four mooncakes.

• White Lotus Seed Paste with Single Yolk (单黄白莲蓉月饼): A delightful blend of smooth white lotus seed paste with a single salted egg yolk, offering a perfect balance of savoury and sweet.
   
• White Lotus Seed Paste with Double Yolk (双黄白莲蓉月饼): Double the indulgence with two salted egg yolks encased in silky white lotus seed paste.
   
• Red Lotus Seed Paste with Single Yolk (单黄红莲蓉月饼): Rich red lotus seed paste complemented by a single salted egg yolk, creating a harmonious flavour profile.
   
• Red Lotus Seed Paste with Double Yolk (双黄红莲蓉月饼): Enhanced with two salted egg yolks, this mooncake is a luxurious treat.
   
• White Lotus Seed Paste with Macadamia Nuts and Pumpkin Seed (南瓜籽夏果白莲蓉月): A nutty and wholesome variation, combining the creaminess of macadamia nuts and the crunch of pumpkin seeds.

A hallmark of Mid-Autumn at Man Fu Yuan, the Low Sugar Baked Mooncake Series returns this season, honouring timeless tradition with a refined, health-conscious twist. 

Carefully crafted with reduced sugar content, these mooncakes maintain the traditional richness and flavour that have long been celebrated, while providing a lighter option for the modern palate. 

Presented in a structured rigid box with a rich maroon base, the box is designed with a refined lid closure, magnetic clasp, and finished with a reusable tissue box sheath. Available in choice of cream or turquoise, the tissue box sheath is adorned with graceful bird-and-floral motifs that pay homage to the name Man Fu Yuan (满福苑) - meaning ‘garden of abundance’. 

In a thoughtful touch, the lid transforms into a refined tissue box cover, allowing the beauty of the Mid-Autumn celebration to be enjoyed well beyond the season.
