You will be receiving a confirmation notification email immediately on redeeming your 3M points for the Swensen's e-voucher. Within maximum 2-working days, you will receive another email with the coupon URL link containing your Swensen's e-voucher.
For redemption, Customers will have to visit the Swensen's outlets and select any Classic Range of cake available in the outlet and can show the e-voucher on your mobile device to the cashier at Swensen's outlets at the time of payment.

- E-vouchers can only be used at any of the participating outlets in Singapore.
- E-vouchers are valid for self-collection and walk-in orders at any Swensen's or Earle Swensen's outlets. VOUCHERS ARE NOT VALID FOR ONLINE ORDERS.
- The choice of cake is subject to availability.
- E-vouchers are non-refundable, can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- E-voucher validity date is mentioned on the voucher copy and once expired cannot be extended.
- All E-vouchers are used in full upon redemption, no change will be given back to the customer in case of partial usage of voucher by the customer.
- E-voucher cannot be used for purchasing another voucher, it can only be used for purchasing products from the merchant.
- The E-vouchers have to be presented in the digital format at the outlet using your mobile device, printed physical copies of the e-vouchers will not be accepted.
- Multiple E-vouchers can be used for a single transaction.
