Operation Hours and Day:
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 11.00am to 6.00pm.
• Saturday, Sunday, School Holidays and Public Holidays: 10.00am to 6.00pm.
• Closed on Tuesday except during School Holidays and Public Holidays.
• Park is closed for private events on 8, 22 June 2024 and 6 July 2024.
• Park will be closed during Ramadan month for yearly maintenance.

• Adult: 130 cm and above (height)
• Children: 90 cm – 130 cm (height). Free admission for children below 90cm.
How to redeem your e-voucher:
• Download the e-voucher from your email.
• Open the URL link to access your voucher.
• Each voucher contains a <Promo Code> that is applicable upon redemption
Terms & Conditions:
• All tickets sold are not refundable. All tickets sold will not be replaced if lost or damaged.
• One (1) voucher is for five (5) persons and enter at the same time for one (1) time use only.
• The wristband issue to you is not to be used by anyone other than you, cannot be sold nor is it redeemable for cash or able to be used with any other offer. You are required to put on the wristband purchased at the ticket counter prior to entry and it must be worn at all times whilst you remain in the park.
• Wristbands purchased are meant for single entry only. Guests are not allowed to transfer the wristband and are not allowed to re-enter once they have exited the park.
• Ticket is only valid for Weekdays, Weekends and School Holidays.
• Ticket is NOT valid for Public Holidays and Ad Hoc Holiday dates which are recognized by National, Selangor, and Wilayah Persekutuan.
• Ticket is NOT valid for events or activities that require a separate admission.
• Minimum height and weight requirement including dress code applied for rides and slides. Kindly refer to our website park info for more details. Those with certain medical conditions may be disallowed from riding certain rides and slides.
• Strictly adhered to the Bangi Wonderland’s rules and regulations.
• Strictly no outside food & drinks are allowed in the park.
• No refund if any of the rides are being closed for maintenance during the entry day.
• No replacement/extension for expired tickets will be given.
• No refund if any bad weather condition.
• Guest’s belongings should not be left unattended. The Management will not be responsible for any loss/damage of/ to guest’s belongings. Lockers are situated in the park for the convenience of customers and are available for rental on a first come, first served basis.
• Tube rental is on a first-come, first-served basis. Tubes remain the property of Bangi Wonderland and are not to be removed from the designated area.
• No snorkels, masks, flippers or large outside flotation devices are allowed in the pools.
• Pets, weapons, glass objects and or sharp objects are strictly prohibited in the park.
• The Management reserves the right to deny admission or request the person to leave BANGI WONDERLAND due to breach of the rules, unsafe conduct or offensive behaviour.
- The Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as and when necessary.
• The Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any part of the park, restrict the number of visitors, cancel or amend any activity without prior notice.
Park Ticket Activation Procedures:
• Kindly present your email from MumsClub Malaysia upon arrival at BANGI WONDERLAND ticketing counter for confirmation purposes and issuance of wristband.
• Payment to be made at BANGI WONDERLAND ticketing counter.
