- Purchased vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
- Purchased vouchers may be utilised within expiry date mentioned on the voucher (6-months from date of purchase). If the voucher is not utilised, the voucher will be void.
- If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please notify the team in advance. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. A missed appointment is considered a "No Show", and in such cases, rescheduling of the missed appointment and redemption of the voucher will not be permitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
