Gojek is GoTo Group's on-demand services platform and a pioneer of the multi-service ecosystem model, providing access to a wide range of services including transportation, food and goods delivery, and more.
- The voucher is valid for all services except GoTaxi in Singapore.
- The voucher is valid until the above mentioned expiry date. Any vouchers that have not been redeemed by the end of the validity period shall be forfeited automatically and may not be refunded.
- Vouchers may only be applied towards fees charged by Gojek and/or the Transportation Provider in connection with the user’s order made via the Gojek App. Gojek has the sole discretion to apply vouchers towards such fees in any order or manner as it deems fit. The voucher may not be applied towards Gojek platform fee, payment processing fee and any additional charges such as cancellation fees, tolls, road-usage charges, building or area entrance charges incurred and any other applicable surcharges (such as but not limited to peak hour and midnight surcharges), which the Transportation Provider shall be entitled to collect from the user.
- The voucher may only be used once, and is not refundable, replaceable, or exchangeable for cash.
- No refund shall be given if the value of the voucher used exceeds the fees charged by the Transportation Provider.
- Only one voucher can be used per transaction. Vouchers may not be valid when used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or other vouchers.
- If the user chooses to make payment for the trip in cash, Gojek shall not be responsible for any errors in the amounts paid by the user to the Transportation Provider.
- Gojek reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the voucher without prior notice. Gojek will use its reasonable endeavours to give prior notice of any material changes to these terms and conditions; however it is the user’s responsibility to review the voucher terms and conditions before using the voucher, and the user’s use of the voucher will constitute his/her acceptance to the amendments.
