• Battery & Power

  • • Battery life of up to 7 days. Use of the always-on display and SpO2 features will require more frequent charging. We recommend charging your tracker every few days to ensure you are always tracking.
      Average battery life is approximate and is based on testing conducted in California in mid 2023 on pre-production hardware and software, using default settings with a median Fitbit user battery usage profile across a mix of talk, data, standby, and use of other features. Battery life depends on features enabled, usage, environment and many other factors. Use of certain features will decrease battery life. Actual battery life may be lower.

• Memory

  • • Saves 7 days of detailed motion data, minute by minute
    • Saves daily totals for the last 30 days
    • Stores heart rate data at one-second intervals during exercise tracking and at five-second intervals all other times

• Water Resistance

  • • Water resistant to 50 metres. After getting the band wet, we recommend drying the band because, as with any wearable device, it's best for your skin if the band is clean and dry.
    • Charge 6 is designed to comply with a water protection rating of 5 ATM under ISO standard 22810:2010 when manufactured, but it is not waterproof. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and decreases or is lost over time due to normal wear and tear, repair, disassembly or damage. Dropping your Charge 6 may result in loss of water resistance. Charge 6 is designed to be used in shallow water and should not be used for activities involving water at high velocity or high temperature. Some Charge 6 bands are not water resistant.
       

• Care

  • • Give your wrist a rest by taking the band off every now and then. If the band gets wet or you sweat in it, remove and completely dry the band before putting it back on

• Material

  • • The Charge 6 housing is made of aluminium, glass and resin. The band is made of silicone and has an aluminium buckle

• Heart Rate

  • • Like all heart rate tracking technologies, accuracy is affected by physiology, location of device and different movements

  • • Google account will be required

    • The Fitbit app is compatible with most popular phones. To set up and use your Fitbit products and services, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible device running one of the following operating systems:

      Syncing range: Up to 9m

    • Certain features like smartphone notifications may require Android 9+. Check your device compatibility.
    • Syncing requires Bluetooth® LE, an internet connection and location permissions granted on the phone.

Delivery Schedule and Charges

1. 48-hour Delivery:

For orders above $50 - Free

For orders below $50 - $3.00

• For any order confirmed before 2pm, delivery will be scheduled for next working day between 9am to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
• For any order confirmed after 2pm, delivery will be scheduled for the day after the next working day, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

There is no delivery on Sundays and Singapore Public Holidays. During sales periods and force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, deliveries may take a little longer.

2. Same Day Delivery - S$9.90 per order, including Sat/Sun

• For any order confirmed before 11am, delivery will be scheduled for the same day between 5pm to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
• For any order confirmed after 11am, delivery will be scheduled for the next day between 9am to 9pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

3. Express Delivery (3-Hour Service)

Need your order urgently? Opt for our Express Delivery service.

• Fee: $38
• Order Window: 11am to 4pm
• Delivery Time: Delivered 3 hours from the time of order
• Only available for weekday orders

Terms & Conditions:

• Subject to stock availability
• Delivery lead time may vary due to traffic conditions
• This service is available only for orders placed between 11am to 4pm.
• Orders placed before 11am will be processed after 11am, when the Express Delivery window begins.

If Express Delivery is unavailable for your order, our team will contact you to confirm if you wish to:

• Switch to Standard 2–3 day delivery via Ninja Van (full $38 refund), or
• Switch to Next day’s normal same-day delivery (retain $9.90, refund the balance).

Express Delivery will be unavailable for Singapore Public Holidays, weekends and on major double digit campaign days e.g. (1.1, 2.2, 3.3 etc).

4. Free re-delivery attempts - 2 attempts but on the next working day, or the day after the next working day.

If 2 attempts of re-delivery fail, the following delivery charges will apply:

S$5 - Next working day delivery between 9am to 9pm.

International Delivery

International delivery is currently not available.

Hotel Delivery

We are able to deliver to hotels. However, delivery will only be made to the Hotel Reception or Concierge. You are required to check with the Hotel Reception or Concierge on accepting delivery for your order.

No-Delivery Zone

METAPOD.com aims to provide the best delivery services where possible. Currently, we do not deliver to Post Office Box, Parcel Locker, Pick Locker, or Drop Off Point. We are unable to make deliveries to a few Restricted Areas and Restricted Postal Codes in Singapore. The details are listed at the end of this document.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email.

Will I be notified of the delivery date?

Delivery will be fulfilled on the next working day in general. On the day of delivery, the courier will usually contact the customer (via text or call) only if he could not reach anyone during a delivery attempt.
