Ticket Purchase Process:
- On purchase of this product, you will receive an Order Confirmation Notification email to your registered email ID.
- Within 2-working day of your order confirmation, customer support member from United Points (UP) will contact the customer via email to get the customer's preferred date of visiting the attraction.
- UP will then check for availability of the ticket with the supplier on the preferred date. If available, UP will procure the final ticket for the preferred date from the supplier and send this ticket for the attraction to the customer within another 2-working days.
- In case the tickets are not available for the date suggested by the customer, UP will get back to the customer to check for an alternative date for when the customer would like to purchase the ticket.
- Customer has to complete the entire ticket purchase process within 1-month of redemption of this product from the platform.

- Product is valid for purchase of Dated One-Day Tickets only, subject to availability.
- Product once redeemed is not refundable.
- Admission is allowed only on the date for which the ticket will be purchased as per the ticket redemption process mentioned in the product description.
- The tickets once confirmed are non-refundable and extension of validity is not permitted.

- Any resale of tickets/vouchers is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing by RWS. RWS reserves the right to invalidate tickets/vouchers in connection with any fraudulent /unauthorized resale transaction, without refund or other compensation.
