This program is to generate Zalora vouchers which is 12 Digit Alphanumeric voucher code along with card number. The gift card code is not applicable to items in the following categories: Electronics, Beauty and Home & Living.
- This activation code can only be redeemed against the mentioned brand.
- This activation code is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- This activation code cannot be exchanged for cash. No partial/full cash refund will be provided.
- Pine Payment Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for the loss of the activation code and no claim for replacement / compensation for the loss of the activation code will be made.
- Pine Payment Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this activation code at any time without prior notice. All disputes should be directed to Pine Payment Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and the decision of the Company Pine Payment Solutions Sdn. Bhd. shall be final.
- Exclusions and Stackability: Applicable on all items except items under beauty, electronics, home and lifestyle categories. Stackable with Brand Vouchers and Bonus Vouchers. Not stackable with other Zalora and Bank/Payment Vouchers.
- Applicability: The gift card code can only be used at ZALORA Malaysia (on app and on https://www.zalora.com.my/), is applicable for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the card expires
- Returns and Refunds: The gift card code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the voucher code, which can be used for future purchases. Voucher code will not be replaced nor reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
- Validity: Gift cards are valid for a fixed period from the date of activation. The specific validity will depend on the type of gift card purchased and can be found in the email confirmation received upon purchase.
